Twitter employee count drops below that of local SF pharmacy

Fallout in response to Elon Musk’s harsh management style continued on Wednesday as a fourth wave of departures left Twitter’s headcount below that of San Francisco’s beloved two-location pharmacy Deitch’s.

A PR representative from Twitter downplayed the news.

“Deitch’s recently added mobile delivery, so they’ve beefed up their staff pretty significantly. They’re bigger than their two locations would lead you to believe,” the publicist commented.

The latest exodus now leaves Twitter without any staff in marketing, legal, community oversight, and engineering. At the time of this writing, it’s unclear if anyone besides Elon Musk currently works at Twitter.
