Designers with the most up-to-date version of the popular graphic design program Adobe Illustrator were surprised to discover the latest update missing the popular Pen tool. In it’s place? The Penis tool.
The prank was initially discovered by brand design specialist Cedric McHenry whose screenshot went viral on Twitter early Saturday morning.
“I almost didn’t notice at first, honestly. But then I did a double-take, and thought to myself, ‘Did I just see what I thought I saw?’ Sure enough, there it was.”
Adobe was quick to launch a patch, but acknowledged that it’s up to users to update their versions of the software. Some said they’re in no hurry to do so.
“I think it’s kinda funny,” said illustrator Reeta Ocean. “I’m gonna stick with the Penis tool for a while.”
